The World Wide Wrap is an international program of FJMC that allows Jews from all over the world to join together to practice and learn about the performance of the mitzvah of wrapping tefillin.The 10th Annual
WORLD WIDE WRAPwas held on February 7, 2010 23 Shevat 5770REGISTRATION: The entire program was coordinated via the Internet. Men's Clubs or other groups registered their participation. SUPPORT MATERIALS: Program support materials were available on how to run a wrap program and are available by downloading an Implementation Guide, flyers, posters, etc. VIDEOS: Be sure to check out the new videos - The T'fillin Wrap Rap, The Ties that Bind Tefillin Primer, and The Ties that Bind Wrapping Instruction Video. BUILD-A-PAIR: A fun and educational program for 5th - 7th graders as an adjunct to the World Wide Wrap. Students learn about Tefillin, construct 'model' Tefillin in which they place Hebrew script they write, insert their 'straps' and create 'wRAP' songs to sing during the World Wide Wrap. Complete kits with everything you need are available. DONATIONS HONOR ROLL: Donations are requested to help provide sets of tefillin for locations around the world that their availability is limited. Help Wrap the World. Those clubs that donate a set of tefillin ($150) will be placed on the FJMC Honor Roll. BUY TEFILLIN: You can purchase tefillin at the FJMC Store. REPORT YOUR WRAP: After completing your group's wrap, tell us about and provide pictures of your activities.
