The FJMC is excited and proud to offer its first on-line Mindfulness Class in partnership with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality: "Discovering Our Own Authentic Prayer." The class is an unique entry into Jewish Mindfulness Practice which will introduce new prayer practices for personal use or to bring to your community. Each week there is an on-line video, text to study, a different daily prayer practice and Rabbi Liben, Temple Israel, Natick, MA will facilitate a group chat for the class. The class begins on October 27 and concludes on November 21, 2019.
