As we enter Pride Month, the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs (FJMC) reaffirms its commitment to creating safe and welcoming spaces for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We celebrate the diversity and resilience of the LGBTQIA+ individuals within our community and beyond, recognizing the vital contributions they make to our shared culture and society.

At FJMC, we believe that inclusivity and respect are fundamental values that strengthen our clubs and the broader Jewish community. We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feels valued, respected, and supported.

Throughout Pride Month, and every month, we pledge to:

Advocate for the rights and dignity of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Provide educational resources and programs to foster understanding and acceptance.
Promote policies and practices within our clubs that ensure safe, inclusive, and affirming environments.
Celebrate the unique identities and experiences of our LGBTQIA+ members and allies.

We stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community, honoring the courage and strength it takes to live authentically. Together, we strive to build a world where love, acceptance, and equality prevail.

We are justly proud of our Inclusion Initiative, which we introduced over 2 years ago in partnership with Women’s League. Since then, it has proven to be a model for other faith-based organizations to follow to make themselves more welcoming to underserved communities.
