There are many ways men and women absorb information beyond reading it. While many read books, audiobooks now are a way that many people are able to 'multitask' while doing something else (running, walking, riding a bike) and still enjoy the content.  This is particularly true for younger men, who want the opportunity of absorbing Jewish content while engaged in another task.

Our first set of podcasts relates to the Haftarot of the yearly cycle and provides a different perspective.  Read by Michael Freilich of the Seaboard Region, who has shared his Judaic knowledge with many FJMC Leadership Development Institute (LDI) attendees, and sound designed by David Edwards, a past Regional President of the Tri-State Region, you're encouraged to download and listen.   We welcome your comments, which should be sent to podcasts@fjmc.org.

With the increase in FJMC activities, our communications team has upped its game. As we are sure you have noticed, in addition to our weekly email outlining the upcoming activities, we are now sending at least one dedicated email per event as well as posting regularly on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. These dedicated emails and posts have dramatically increased the attendance at our Webinars and Affinity Groups. We are all busy people and that extra reminder is all many of us need.

It is important for FJMC to maintain a quality list of contacts so that the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will let our emails reach you. You can help in this process. If an FJMC email ends up in your spam folder, please drag it to your inbox.

Due to COVID-19, LDI 5781 will be held virtually on January 30-31, 2021. However, as always, the LDI weekend is focused on developing leadership skills, building interpersonal relationships, learning from our great leaders, and learning from each other.
