 Emily Broder is the Associate Director for Jewish Outreach &amp\; Partners
 hips at ADL (Anti- Defamation League)\, where she leads efforts to foster 
 meaningful relationships with members of Kulanu\, ADL’s congregational e
 ngagement program\, as well as other Jewish organizations. In her role\, E
 mily is dedicated to strengthening ties within the Jewish community in sup
 port of ADL’s mission of combating antisemitism and all forms of hate.\n
 \nEmily joined ADL in 2022\, as Associate Regional Director for ADL Michig
 an where she led the region’s incident response efforts\, addressing iss
 ues related to hate and discrimination. She also led the Glass Leadership 
 Institute\, a leadership development program that equips young adults with
  the knowledge and skills to advocate for positive change and justice.\n\n
 Prior to joining ADL\, Emily was an elementary school teacher with a focus
  on Gifted and Talented education\, bringing her passion for teaching and 
 mentorship to classrooms across Colorado\, Illinois\, and Michigan. Her ba
 ckground in education has equipped her with a unique perspective on leader
 ship and community engagement\, allowing her to connect with individuals f
 rom a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.\n\nEmily holds a Bachelor
  of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Education 
 degree from Loyola University Chicago. Her diverse background in education
 \, leadership\, and community-building continues to guide her work at ADL\
 , where she strives to create a more just and equitable world for all.\n\n
