 at\nJoin us as we provide you the opportunity to be more inclusive as you 
 provide programs\, services and support to your own club/synagogue.  Thes
 e one-hour sessions will include specific suggestions from the FJMC Inclus
 ion Resource Guidebook\; a panel presentation including clergy\, club/syna
 gogue leaders\, and marginalized community members\; and an opportunity fo
 r Q&amp\;A and comments from attendees.\n\nWhy\nWe’re always saying we
 ’d like more and younger members. We’re always saying we’d like more
  of our members to be engaged in our programming and leadership. We believ
 e we are open-minded and welcoming\, but we know there’s room for improv
 ement – lots of room. These presentations should help you in all these a
