 rgeon General\, Dr. Vivek Murthy\, has released an urgent Surgeon General
 ’s Advisory on the Mental Health and Well-Being of Parents. This advisor
 y highlights the critical need to better support parents\, caregivers\, an
 d families\, emphasizing that our collective efforts in this area are esse
 ntial to the health and thriving of our communities..\n\nTo address this u
 rgent need\, FJMC now offers bi-weekly support groups specifically for dad
 s. These support groups will serve as safe\, confidential spaces where fat
 hers can come together to share experiences\, seek guidance\, and support 
 one another in the challenges of parenting.\n\nThe groups will be facilita
 ted by Rabbi Noam Raucher\, Executive Director of FJMC\, and Psychologist\
 , Dr. Gary Katz.  The sessions will be rooted in Jewish values\, offering
  spiritual and emotional support. They are open to all fathers who are par
 t of the Jewish community.\nWe meet on Mondays at 4pm PT / 5pm MT / 6pm CT
