SUMMARY:Option Trading Strategies: Success\, Excitement & Less
DESCRIPTION:Option trading can be a very conservative way to get a bit of e
xtra income as you sell out a position of stock. It can also be a way to l
everage a "hot tip" opportunity at a small risk compared to the potential
reward - often at a 10x leverage to buying the stock with no margin risk.
There are many other uses for options and attendees are invited to share t
heir experiences as we learn from each other.

 \, Mickey Katz\, Allan Sherman\, Jackie Mason\, Jerry Seinfeld\, Larry Dav

nStrategies to Minimize Taxes &amp\; Protect Your Assets\nTUESDAY\, APRIL
 2\, 2024 – 8:00PM EDT\nTonight's presenters will be discussing two out o
f the box strategies. The first one is entitled the Distribution Solution
Strategy. It enables mostly older taxpayers required to take required mini
mum distributions (RMD’s) from qualified plans that don’t need the mon
ies to live on to leverage the account value up by paying a discounted tax
in accordance with an IRS Private Letter Ruling and move the monies into
a life insurance contract income and estate tax free after the initial tax
payment.\n\nThe second one\, the Charitable LLC enables taxpayers with ch
aritable intent to move businesses assets commercial properties prior to c
losing or personal (investment) assets into the Charitable LLC. 99% of the
unrealized appreciation and capital gains tax on the eventual disposition
are eliminated and the investment(s) are shielded from creditors and pred
ators. Replacing the assets with life insurance replaces the asset’s val
ue. Additionally\, the taxpayer receives an approximately 80% charitable d
eduction that is used to fund the insurance.\n\nRichard Freiberg’s visio
n is to deliver innovative and tax efficient strategies to help improve bu
siness owners and high net worth individuals’ financial future by protec
ting their assets\, minimizing taxes. and maximizing return. In other word
s\, improving their income and quality of life while reducing risk. He bui
lds client relationships by collaborating with a client’s other financia
l professionals to determine the appropriate solutions which are right for
them.\n\nMary Read CPC\, QPA\, CPFA is National Director of Pension and P
 rotection Planning at Pentegra Retirement Services and partner of M &amp\;
R Business Development Group. A leading authority in qualified retirement
plans with more than 30 years’ experience\, Mary has an extensive backg
round in plan design and development and experience as a marketing executi
ve\, financial professional\, pension analyst and pension compliance manag
er for an international company.\n\nJoe Maniaci\, Jr.\, owner of Maniaci C
onsulting Group\, has 17 years of experience with financial and insurance
consulting. He is insurance licensed in NJ since 1999 and is LEAP Systems
trained. He provides clients with a proactive approach to business\, asset
