Shoah\n&amp\; the Rebirth of Israel\nHonoring the Sacrifices of the Jewish
  People\npresented by Roneet Edrich\nWednesday\, April 22\, 2026\n8:00pm E
 DT | 5:00pm PDT\nOur holidays/observances of Yom Hashoah\, Yom Hazikaron a
nd Yom HaAtzmaut\, converge each year on the Jewish Calendar at the end of
Nissan and beginning of Iyar. \n\nPlease plan to listen to Ms. Roneet  E
drich of  inSIGHT Through Education who will bring together the sad memo
ries of the Shoah and subsequent birth of Israel made possible by the sacr
ifices of Jews fighting for Eretz Israel. We will never forget\, and we pr
oclaim\, Never Again because we will never allow our enemies to destroy us
without us fighting for our people. In this\, the 81st anniversary of the
end of WWII\, we continue to face increased threats as did our parents or
grandparents faced a century ago.\nThis webinar is co-sponsored by the FJ
MC Yellow Candle program\; in the memory of the 6 million.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTh
roughout her career\, Roneet Edrich has been a champion for Jewish contin
uity and a fierce advocate for social responsibility. As the Executive Dir
ector of inSIGHT Through Education\, Roneet leads a mission-driven\, nonp
rofit organization dedicated to transforming the lessons of the Holocaust
and other genocides into a blueprint for modern-day courage. Under her lea
dership\, inSIGHT empowers educators and students by providing the tools\,
grants\, and specialized curriculum needed to recognize and oppose antise
mitism\, hatred\, and bigotry at their roots.\n\nRoneet’s strategic visi
on ensures that inSIGHT remains a vital resource for fostering kindness an
d respect\, bridging the gap between historical awareness and contemporary
advocacy. This work is a natural extension of her two decades of leadersh
ip—from serving as a school principal to her tenure as Associate Vice Pr
esident of Planning &amp\; Holocaust Education at the Jewish Federation of
South Palm Beach County.\n\nA "leader of leaders\," Roneet previously dir
ected the March of the Living Southern Region\, delivering transformative
educational travel experiences that have shaped the Jewish identity of cou

on with advanced training from Yad Vashem\, she combines a background in s
pecial education with a deep-seated passion for experiential learning. Ron
eet lives in Parkland\, Florida\, with her husband\, their three children\
, and two dogs\, embodying the FJMC values of family\, community\, and tir
