SUMMARY:IF EVERYONE SAYS I LOOK SO GOOD\, THEN WHY DO I FEEL SO TERRIBLE?
DESCRIPTION:Scroll Down for Registration Form\n\n&nbsp\;\nIF EVERYONE SAYS
I LOOK SO GOOD\,\nTHEN WHY DO I FEEL SO TERRIBLE?\nHealing Fatigue and oth
 er Chronic Illnesses\nwhile Strengthening the Body\nby Jack Zoldan\, M.D.\
nThere is a hidden\, often ignored\, disease affecting thousands of people
. The most common symptoms of this syndrome are overwhelming fatigue\, deb
ilitating cognitive impairment\, and intractable pain. Other systems in th
e body are often affected.\n\nCharacteristically\, physical exams and labo
ratory tests show only normal results. This is frustrating for patients an
d caregivers. Finding treatment for their suffering is usually an unreward
ing endeavor.\n\nThe illness is known by many names\, including “Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome\,” “Long Haul COVID\,” “Chronic Lyme Disease\,
” and “Fibromyalgia.” This syndrome can also manifest after experien
cing a serious illness\, surgery\, trauma\, or an emotional ordeal. These
people might all ask the question: “If everyone says I look so good\, th
en why do I feel so terrible?”\n\nDuring 41 years as a primary care phys
ician\, I treated thousands of patients with this disease. Neither they no
r their health care providers knew what was wrong or how to treat it.\n\nT
his book gives explicit explanations of how I helped many of these patient
 s. Healthy people will also benefit using these tools for lifelong good he
alth.\nJACK ZOLDAN\, M.D.\n\n\n\n\nI am a Board Certified Doctor of Intern
al Medicine. I trained at University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago
\, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Cook County Hospital. Dur
ing my 41 years of practicing medicine\, I was able to help thousands of p
atients with this condition of debilitating symptoms.\n\nBeginning in coll
ege and continuing to this day\, I have been interested in therapies that
were outside the box. I wanted to complement my formal training to be able
to offer patients helpful therapies.\n\nWhen patients started coming to m
e complaining about fatigue and other problems that were given limited att
ention in the medical textbook\, I sought innovative treatments that prove
d to be effective.\n\nAn important focus of my practice was caring for peo
ple with fatigue and other chronic symptoms associated with the absence of
chronic symptoms. This gained me a reputation. My practice with this cate
gory of patients grew\, expanding my experience in caring for them.\n\n[ni
