What FJMC Does for You

FJMC is a grassroots organization where one member can take an idea and turn it into an international program. At work and in other organizations there are hierarchies and layers of bureaucracy, but in FJMC everyone's voice counts equally. Each one of us can make a difference.

In all, we have had 1,688 different people sign up for our webinars to date. The totals for each group is an unduplicated count.  However, someone can be in more than one group so there might be a bit of duplication across the groups. Check out our Affinity Group webpage.

Help Wanted

Yellow Candle Committee needs volunteers

1. We need someone who is familiar with Business Accounting software, which includes Inventory Control and Order Fulfillment, to help us pick such a software package for the FJMC Yellow Candle program and help Ed Margolis with order fulfillment. 
2. We also need a few good men to do some Google research for the Yellow Candle program. We are attempting to increase distribution of Yellow Candles by reaching out to more Jewish organizations in North America. We need guys to help compile a database of these organizations so the Yellow Candle Committee can begin soliciting them. We will provide you a database; we just need you to sit at your computer and compile the data.

Communication Committee needs volunteers

We are looking for people who are interested in managing the process of finding authors, obtaining articles and creating our article web pages and emails for our regular FJMC communications, HaShofar and Advantage. We can always use more people with editing skills and people who can create content.   Use this link is you can help out.

And, if you’d like to be involved in the creation of an FJMC podcast, dealing with Health and Wealth issues, we need someone to select audio recordings to combine into one podcast, write up a short summary, and then record your reading of same (which can be done on your phone) which will become the intro, transition and the ending of each podcast. Here’s your opportunity to do ‘voice over’ work. If you are interested, contact Allan Kahan at akahan@fjmc.org.
