Former FJMC International President Bob Braitman famously looked out at convention, voiced worry about our collective weight and health, said he'd like to see "less of us." That gave rise to FJMC's health and wellness initiatives, to help us all live better and healthier lives. Check it out.

Don't try to carry your burdens and face your challenges alone, like Dr. Robby on "The Pitt." Take care of yourself, and reach out for help.

We hear too much already about antisemitism and Jew-hatred. So we're taking a different approach to combating it: Pro-Semitism. Let's go all in, by promoting our accomplishments, highlighting Jewish contributions to our daily lives, and how a small number of people can make a large positive impact on our world.

Adas Israel Congregation in Washington, D.C., known informally as the shul for politicians, has revived its Brotherhood and rejoined FJMC International. Welcome back, Adas!

Israeli music has come a long way in the last few decades, with modern artists belting out songs rivaling those found in the United States and Europe, and competing in Eurovision. Our Jason Hecht will take us on a regular tour through Israel's musical world.

This month, here's a Mother's Day treat from Shlomi Shabat and Yossi Azulai, called "Ima," as well as this year's Eurovision entry from Israel, "Michele."

If there's one thing that can be said about FJMC, its members, and our events, it's that, despite all of our seriousness, we like to loosen up. And while it's certainly not all about having a good drink, there's certainly nothing wrong with one either. So our own Al Davis will be curating some of your best recommendations.

Food insecurity leads to hunger. Hunger leads to starvation and famine, which leads to war. It's not just about having food. It's about securing peace.

FJMC is continuing its effort to work with Kulanu to collect unused or extra tefillin, to be distributed to Jewish communities in need around the world. It's a mitzvah, and we hope these communities will join us next year for World Wide Wrap. Donations now being accepted!

The Middle Atlantic Region is eating its way through town, bringing guys together over dairy or pareve meals at restaurants in the greater Philadelphia and southern New Jersey area.

The New England Region will meet up June 4-7 at Camp Jori in Rhode Island.

Hudson Valley, Middle Atlantic, New York Metro and Northern New Jersey will meet up June 12-14 in Lakewood, Pa.

The Western states come together May 15-17, in Simi Valley, Calif.

Seaboard meets up June 19-21 at Pearlstone in Baltimore.
