Our goal to have all merchandise in your hands within two weeks time, but if you have special time constraints please contact us to ensure the timely arrival of your order. Overseas and Canadian orders may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Handling are included on most items shipped within the continental United States by the United States Postal Srvice by First Class or Priority Mail or UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping. Where it is not included, Shipping and Handling will be calculated at 15% of the cost of the items, with a minimum charge of $5.
Shipping & Handling for Canadian orders is $45 in addition to the cost of the item if Shipping & Handling is included or other Shipping & Handling Contact if it is not included.
Please contact us if you require expedited shipping; additional fees may apply.
Outside of the United States & Canada a minimum surcharge of $85.00 will be added to the Shipping & Handling charge for all overseas orders.
The FJMC ships merchandise overseas via the US Post Office.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks, in US Dollars only, drawn on US banks. If you do not have a bank account in the United States, you must pay by Visa or Mastercard. We do not bill. Merchandise is sent upon receipt of payment.
Our merchandise is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty is only valid when used under normal conditions and does not apply to normal wear and tear, abusive use or neglect. Return unused or defective product to the FJMC office at: Suite 832, 475 Riverside Drive, NY, NY 10115 within one year from date of purchase for full refund.
When you place an order with the FJMC, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

FJMC respects the privacy of its members and other visitors to its web site. FJMC strongly believes that for electronic commerce and online activities to flourish, consumers must be assured that information provided online is used responsibly and appropriately. To protect online privacy, FJMC has implemented the following policy.
The data FJMC collects are used only to help FJMC better serve its members. It is our general policy to collect and store only information that our members and visitors knowingly provide.
FJMC does not collect any information from visitors browsing its web site. Visitors to the public areas of FJMC’s web site browse anonymously. Only aggregate data — such as the number of hits per page — are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.
To gain access to members-only resources and personalization features on the FJMC web site, members and other visitors are asked to register and provide some limited information. These data are submitted voluntarily. FJMC asks visitors to provide their name, organization name, telephone numbers, addresses, and e-mail. Similar information may be submitted to FJMC through membership applications, conference or seminar registration, publication orders, and subscriptions. FJMC only uses this information to enhance its products and distribution of those products to its members and others.
Generally, FJMC uses data collected to improve its own web content; to respond to members’ interests, needs and preferences; and to develop new products and services.
FJMC does not share any personal information from members or others in any way, neither for rental or exchange of lists or in any other manner. Such information is used solely to respond to members interests, needs and preferences; to develop new products and services; and to fulfill purchases of FJMC products and conference or seminar registrations.
When members or visitors provide credit card account information to FJMC, FJMC submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate financial institution. FJMC does not further disclose credit card account information obtained from members or visitors.
Cookies are files that contain information created by a web server that can be stored on a visitor’s hard disk for use either during a particular session (“per-session” cookie) or for future use (“persistent” cookie). FJMC uses cookies only to facilitate automated activity, and to store and track passwords. Cookies are not used to disseminate significant information about visitors over the Internet or to analyze any information that visitors have knowingly or unknowingly provided. Visitors may instruct their Internet browsers to opt out of accepting a “persistent” cookie and rather accept only a “per-session” cookie, but will need to login each time they visit the site to enjoy the full benefits. If the visitor declines the attachment of any cookie, the visitor may not have access to the full benefits of the web site. Registration enables the site to better determine members’ interest areas and provide the most relevant information.
