A Wife and/or Child attendiing can be entered at the same time that you enter your information, however enter your registration info in total first and then add your family before paying.

FJMC CONVENTION POLICIES
- Regional Discount Codes may be provided by each region to their members. The code will discount your fee by the amount that the region will be offering to its members who are attending the convention. Please contact your Regional President or Convention Liaison for your code.
If your region has not yet issued the code to you, you may add it at a later date.
- All registrations that include Friday night hotel reservations will also include Saturday night reservations. No allowance will be made for delegates to leave or arrive on Shabbat.
- 3 day registrations are only available for Thursday night to Sunday morning
- 2 day reservations may be made for Wednesday night to Friday morning or Friday night to Sunday morning.
- Commuters prices are available for MAR Region members AND other members who live within 100 miles of the convention hotel. COMMUTER Prices include hotel accommodations for Friday & Saturday nights ONLY. You MUST stay in the hotel on those nights. Price includes all meals for the period registered. No credit will be allowed for missed meals, nor will there be provision for late seating. We strongly recommend that you consider staying in the hotel with us. Remember, we begin early and end late!
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration.
CHILDREN
- Children 3 to 17 - If sharing the room with two adults, $50/night.
- If an additional room is required for children, then the room will be at the "Women's" price.
- Children under 3 - FREE in parent's room.
- Chidren 18 and over will be at the "Women's" price.
Extending your stay
We have arranged for extensions to your stay at Loew's Philadelphia Hotel, should you wish to come early or stay later. FIVE (5) Days BEFORE and/or FIVE (5) Days AFTER$165/night per full room. or $87.50 per night sharing. We will attempt to find roommates for those who request a shared room.
There will be activities taking place before the convention, including the 4rd FJMC Invitational Golf Tournament and organized touring of Philadelphia.
Cancelations
A nominal cancellation fee will apply until June 1, 2009. After June 1, we regret that we cannot offer refunds. Refunds will not include any fees paid to credit card companies, which are approximately 5% of the total paid.
