Our Name, Our Vision, Our Mission

By Rabbi Noam Raucher

At this summer’s convention, members of the FJMC community voted overwhelmingly in favor of adopting a bold new identity: FJMC International—an organization now rooted in the values of Friendship, Judaism, Mentorship and Community.

This historic shift isn’t just cosmetic—it’s spiritual, strategic and deeply personal. It reflects who we are becoming: an organization committed to the emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of Jewish men across generations and around the world.

Our new vision is clear:

Men will cultivate meaningful relationships, a sense of purpose, and physical, emotional and spiritual health through communities rooted in Jewish values and brotherhood.

Our renewed mission explains how we’ll get there:

FJMC provides men opportunities for personal growth, and to build strong relationships. We accomplish this through: celebrating Jewish learning, traditions and culture; gathering for social events and retreats; performing service projects; engaging over Israel; combating hate and antisemitism; mentoring the next generation of leaders; prioritizing our health and wellness; and by supporting one another in safe and nonjudgmental communities.

As we look ahead to our centennial in 2029, this rebrand positions us to grow stronger, reach farther and serve more men than ever before. Stay tuned for new materials, programs and digital tools that reflect this exciting transformation—and thank you for being part of it.

Together, we’re not just continuing a legacy. We’re building the future—one brother at a time.
