2026 Edition: Jewish chef, Dr. Joe Carver will show how to prepare and cook matzo brei eight different ways for Passover. Dr. Carver is a past qualifier in the nationwide Manischewitz Cooking Contest in which he made Falafel Pizza, a family favorite!

In “real life” Dr. Carver is Director of the Thalheimer Center for Cardio-Oncology at the Abramson Cancer Center in Philadelphia. The webinar is presented with the assistance of Jack “Nature Jack” Marine, Middle Atlantic Region Board Member and Past Presdient of Har Zion Men’s Club, Penn Valley, PA.
