The Hebrew word for Jew, Yehudi, comes from the same root as hoda’ah, meaning “thanks.” Expressing gratitude is not only a cornerstone of who we are but also a catalyst for action that brings meaning to our lives.

At the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs (FJMC), we strive to embody this value by creating spaces and programs that nurture men and their families. Together, we’ve built initiatives that guide men toward meaningful actions, fostering community, leadership, and emotional well-being.

• Jewish Dad’s Support Groups: Parenting is a blessing, but it comes with its challenges. Our support groups offer Jewish dads a space to connect, share their struggles, and build a supportive community grounded in Jewish values.
• Leadership Development Institute: In a time when integrity and accountability are more important than ever, this program equips men with the skills and confidence to lead with purpose and trust—in their families, communities, and beyond.
