RespirAI Medical is a US-Israeli startup transforming the management of chronic respiratory diseases through the development of an innovative AI-driven wearable platform. Our first focus is on a disease called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), also known as “the smokers’ disease.” COPD is the fourth leading cause of death globally and one of the top reasons for hospitalizations in the U.S., costs over $20B of direct costs to the US industry.  Our proprietary AI platform, utilizing off-the-shelf FDA approved sensors, enables continuous home monitoring of chronic pulmonary patients, facilitating early detection of life-threatening disease flare-ups. This allows for timely medical interventions, significantly reducing hospital admissions, lowering healthcare costs, and most importantly, saving these patients lives.
