Being inclusive

FJMC International prides itself on our Inclusion Initiative, and our leadership believes our organization is on the right path to encourage all clubs and individuals to continue their efforts to be welcoming to all. This includes those communities among us that tend to be and feel marginalized because of neuro or physical challenges, because they are Jews of Color, because they are LGBQTIA+ or in a non-traditional family, or because of any other factors that cause one to feel less than fully considered.

To help with these efforts, we offer our periodic publication Pride & Prejudice as a useful, branded and positive tool, as well as our Inclusion Resource Guidebook, which we also hope to update.
