Stephanie Menezile, J.D. is a seasoned mediator with over a decade of experience in the legal and legislative fields. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from SUNY Canton College of Technology and a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School, she is certified in Michigan, New York, and New Jersey. Stephanie specializes in resolving complex community disputes and is renowned for her empathy and integrity. She excels in fostering collaborative solutions and guiding parties toward mutually beneficial outcomes. As the Dispute Resolution Specialist/Community Mediator at the NJ Division on Civil Rights (DCR), she leads the Crisis Response Unit, utilizing restorative justice practices and community dialogue methods, to support communities following major civil rights incidents.
