Convention Registration is Coming Soon!

We are happy to announce that Registration will officially open on November 1st!

Everyone is excited with anticipation to start the process and soon you will be able to. A link will be sent out just prior to that date for your convenience.

Our programming team, ritual team, catering committee, entertainment committee, local excursions team, IKC committee, and woman’s programming committee have been working diligently to prepare for what is to be the best convention to date!

We listened to your responses and suggestions from previous conventions and are trying our best to include these in our planning. There will be more training, more interactive programming, more ruach and spirit, more socialization, interesting ritual services, different entertainment and the list goes on.

Our Quality Club and Region Awards will be presented in a more formal way. This goes for our Torch Awards as well. We gather at convention to celebrate the successes of our membership clubs and regions, and they deserve proper kavod, honor and respect, and we will do just that.

Our Torch Award winning programs will be on display throughout the convention so we can bring home new ideas. There will be dedicated timeslots to talk to the representatives for more information regarding their programs.

Our Ma’asim Tovim awardee program will be highlighted on Saturday evening as a stand-alone program. These gentlemen are being bestowed with the highest honor a region can present, and they too deserve our undivided attention as they receive their plaques and accolades.

Our “Evening of Entertainment” will take place on Thursday so we can start the program earlier than in years past. This will be an interactive event with something for everyone. No sitting around this time! Fun for all!

A “Heath and Wellness Fair” will take place early Thursday morning where local health professionals will be available for testing, monitoring and general questions.

Pre-convention excursions are being planned, and we will announce them as they become finalized, but rest assured they will be interesting and fun.

Come early and stay late as convention discounted rooms are available from Monday, July 5 through Tuesday, July 13th.

As our programs are finalized, I will announce them in future Weekly Webinar, Weekly Digest and Club and Regional Leadership emails.

So, for now…get excited, share the news with your clubs and regions, and ask someone who never attended convention to join you to see what a fantastic time they will have and be able to make new friends!

I met my vice chair Rob at a retreat in 2010 and again at convention in 2011 and he has become my best friend from FJMC!
