If you want to describe your Wrap you must logon to complete this form. You may do so at the upper right corner of this page where it says Login. After doing so, you have a choice to:

If you are logged in you can save your work in progress by clicking on "Save" at the bottom of a page and return later to complete the form. When returning to the saved form, after you click on "Load" refresh the browser to see your work in progress. If it does not appear, click on "Load" on the latest version again. When you have fully completed the application click on "Submit" on the bottom of the last section. DO NOT press "Submit" until the application is complete, as you could lose all the work in progress. You should only press "Submit" one time in the process.

(Please consult your club president or World Wide Wrap Coordinator and make sure only one person fills out the Club Registration form to avoid duplicates and extra processing.)

Note: Before registering your club or organization, please visit the 2027 participants list to see if you are already registered. (Please allow approximately 7 – 10 days to be added to the list after registration. This is a manual process.)
